Before Joining

Please read the following rules before joining. Thank you!
  1. You must be a fan of Yui Makino.
  2. Requirements: valid email address, name/nickname, country.
  3. Your REAL NAME is NOT a requirement. Nicknames are accepted.
  4. You don't need a website to join, but you can include it if you want.
  5. If you have a website (it must be yours and not owned by others), please put the code up before joining, or you won't be added until you do so. If the code is not up within 2 days after application, only your email will be listed.
  6. Genres of the website is open, but please notify me by posting in the comment box if it contains yaoi, yuri, porn or hentai.
